Ground guy for tree service/logging $50

I hustle, and I make a damn good living doing it. I have recently grown to the size (job scale/ amount of work) that I am Looking to hire 1 person immediately. This is a 2 guy show(me and employee) This position is by contract per job. So that means I am not looking to babysit anyone. The right candidate will have tools, experience and the know how. Logging 75% tree services 25% of work. Logging> Job duties include: Limbing/ Bucking Choker setting Laboring Tree service> Dragging branches Loading chipper Running ropes Maintaining tools and equipment Maintain professionalism(tree service) The ability to hustle Base pay is $40hr with bonuses. but additional skills will be compensated for at a higher rate. Skills MUST include: Experience running a chainsaw Physically fit -50lbs of lifting dragging etc. Knowledge of knots and rigging Experience and wits with heavy equipment *MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION* Work is mostly snohomish county but also North King and Skagit county’s as well
