An evening of Singing bowls, wind chimes and sound healing for the Root Chakra. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls and the gong harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. The Root Chakra is the foundation upon which all the other six main energy centers/chakras are built. When it is out of alignment, the others typically follow. Sound is a powerful tool that can bring or enhance the aligning process. Join us for an evening of laid back conversation centering around healing the root chakra. Afterward we will play our sound bowls and wind chimes and allow the sound to wash over us as healing energy. You can bring your own singing bowls or use the ones provided. All are welcome...children, women and men!       The Nzinga Creative Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization whose mission is to "creatively" provide Arts, Cultural, Educational and Social programs for the purpose of nurturing, building and strengthening the mind, body and soul of children and adults.
