Having what our customers need keeps their jobs moving forward instead of standing still. Job Requirements:· Greet walk-in and telephone customers to help with their parts inquires Research and fill customer parts orders, requests, and estimates Place daily orders from multiple equipment parts vendors Receive, pull, and ship customer parts orders Communicate with customers about upcoming parts sales / specials and any current or upcoming parts requests or purchases Evaluate and discuss with each customers their parts & ongoing customer service experience with us Follow proper cash account procedures Receive payment or obtain credit authorization Ensure maximum sales volume Handle customer complaints tactfully and thoughtfully, keeping Parts Manger advised of all issues Keep the parts counter clean and orderly Make outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email Responsible for all weekly inventory counts in the warehouse Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory as a daily operation function. Inspection of stock for damage, defects, report discrepancies, from manufactured packaging and shippers’ packages Picking and filling orders to ship to customers Computer skills are a must to enter inventory into the system properly Extensive periods to include lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stopping Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Benefits: · Offering great benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan and more "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law."
