Schaper Company is currently seeking full time experienced painters and commercial construction workers ready and available to work right away. We are looking for Commercial Painters and Commercial Construction Workers for fast paced, well paid positions. If you are a good fit, we also offer an opportunity for Long Term Employment. Job Requirements: Must have experience driving ariel equipment (Boom Lift / Scissor lift) Must be familiar with safe work practices, OSHA and PPE Must be a team player and follow direction easily Must have own vehicle with valid drivers license, insurance and clean driving record Must be able to drive a Lift. Knowledge of a variety of lift types such as scissor lifts, knuckle booms, booms with attached jib, etc. Know how to operate and maintain various spray machines, electrical and gas powered. (we provide spray machines) You must be willing to work nights and long hours must be whiling to do more than framing carpentry or painting Duties will include Masking, Spraying and Clean up.
