High Desert Sawmill is a company that offers quality work in tree trimming removals, planting and fertilization and pest disease. Most of most are work is in north Phoenix area, north Scottsdale, Anthem, New River and Cave Creek area, but we do work valley wide. We are looking for reliable individuals REQUIREMENTS; speak English, reliable transportation, able to work in summer heat Monday though Friday, be able to lift 60lbs, dependable, honest, able to up at work on time. Extra requirements for Tree Climbers; we prefer Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker and to have own saddle and climbing gear Duties; Tree Climbers; be able to communicate with customer, ability to operate chainsaw, polesaw, chipper, blower in a safe manner, valid drivers license Ground Person; clean up brush, operate tools (rake, broom, shovel), operate wood chipper, operate blower, fill power tools with gas and oil, assist tree climbers with needs tools, water, ect.
