Hello,
Does anyone know why the Charles River is so low? I live in Upper Falls along the river and have never seen the river this low. I understand we haven't had much rain but this is a bit extreme. I know this happened years ago and I reached out to someone but can't remember who to state that the river was extremely low. The response I received was "Oh, we took the boards out at the Falls at Echo Bridge and forgot to put them back." Within a day the river was flowing to its normal capacity. Any assistance would be helpful. I'm going to reach out to the DCR to see if they can do anything.
