CBS New York May 28, 2021 There was a partial scaffolding collapse Thursday on the Upper West Side. A portion of the wrapping placed around the scaffolding fell off a building at Broadway and West 85th Street around 11:30 a.m. Pieces of the structure stopped short of falling on the sidewalk.
