What's Up Prince William May 26, 2021 Golfers headed to Lake Ridge to show their support for the Prince William County/Manassas Boys & Girls Club. On Friday, the fourth annual John D. Jenkins Fore the Kids Golf Tournament was held at the Old Hickory Golf Club. The event is named after John Jenkins, who served on the Board of County Supervisors for 36 years and was on the Prince William County Boys & Girls Club Board. "We do this in his honor, because we know that he had a great love for the community, and specifically, the kids," Board President Enica Russell said. John Jenkins' wife, Ernestine Jenkins, presented a check for the Hylton Boys & Girls Club before the golf tournament began. Three branches are located in Prince William County – the Hylton Boys & Girls Club in Dale City, the General Heiser Boys & Girls Club in Dumfries, and the Martin K.
