Full Time Position Available in Fremont, CA. We are seeking a driven individual who is interested in a career in the Funeral Industry. You will help to serve as the first impression of our funeral home. You will be required to actively problem solve, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate member of our progressive team environment. If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience providing administrative support to a busy office and computer literacy. Responsibilities include: • Answer phones and distribute urgent messages • Perform administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, merchandising, and managing files • Obtaining first call information as well as sensitive information pertaining to case files • Manage a clean workspace and help complete daily facility checks Assist Directors with case files and service related needs Must be willing to work weekends and occasional evenings services Assist with event setup, coordination of event and facility preparations Requirements: • Compassionate, and patient, with a willingness to work and grow • Active problem solver who is team oriented • Ability to self motivate in a fast passed work environment • Willingness to learn and demonstrate the required phone etiquette to help families during their time of need • Proficient and diligent at data entry • Valid Drivers License • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities while effectively multitasking • Excellent writing and communication skills Compensation: Hourly pay with progressive benefits based on level of experience.
