Waste Technician/Sorter Needed!

We are seeking multiple Waste Technicians/Sorters to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities: • Clean, sort and organize daily waste flow for multiple apartment communities. Sort trash/ recycle/compostable material on site. • Manually compact/stomp trash bins. • Ability to safely load large items as needed into a company truck and trailer for relocation or disposal of items. (i.e. furniture, equipment, mattresses, etc.) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Consistently and reliably take clear photos of trash enclosures to ensure proper documentation of work performed. • Clean trash and debris around trash enclosures and in trash rooms. Sweep around trash enclosures to ensure we leave them clean. • Maintain company assigned equipment including Truck, Personal Protective Equipment, and other equipment assigned to complete daily tasks. • Wear proper protective equipment and uniform including steel toe, puncture-resistant boots. • Be able to push/pull dumpsters to the curb and back. • Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by the management team. Qualifications: • Must be able to work daily shift: we offer two different shifts. 6:30AM - 2:00PM or 6:30pm-12:00am (end time may vary). • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required for Future Promotions). • Must work well with others and represent the company in a professional manner. • General understanding of recyclable materials. • Experience in waste management or recycling (Preferred). • Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal communication (Preferred) Please email resume if interested or apply on indeed
