Join us at Graduate Hotel in East Lansing for an evening our first in person charcuterie class! Join us at the Graduate Hotel in the heart of East Lansing for an evening our first in person charcuterie class! Class will be held on June 25th at 6 pm! This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a festive 🥳 Fourth of July Themed board for you to make and take home to share with family and friends! Each student will be provided all of the ingredients and supplies necessary to build their delicious holiday board. Your board will be loaded with artesian cheeses, various charcuterie, fresh summer fruits, nuts, honey, crackers and more. Each ticket also comes with a glass of wine provided by the Graduate to enjoy while crafting your edible work of art. Class duration is around 1.5 hours. Space is limited.
