A two party system is like a married couple living together that cannot see eye to eye on anything. Friends and neighbors wonder why that couple stays together when they are always bickering. Americans should be wondering why we tolerate a two party system when our politicians NEVER stop bickering. This friction is counter productive. The conflict serves no one. Americans are better than this.... We are allowing the lunantics to run the asylum. Large numbers of American voters are registering as “no party affiliation” or “independent” and this is starting to send a message to Washington. Registering NPA or Independent does not mean that you cannot vote for any candidate that you wish. It takes the power away from the political parties and gives it to the people. No more childish bickering in Washington.
