Hot air balloons, food vendors, activities for the kids and more!! Come and join us for the second annual Panama City Beach Balloon Festival at Aaron Beasant Park! Tickets for this event will again be limited and must be purchased in advance. Gates will open at 5pm each day, with no admission permitted after 7pm. The event will take place rain or shine, although balloons can only inflate if the winds are calm enough and it isn't raining. CONDITIONS OF SALE *All tickets sold on Eventbrite are not refundable. *Admission tickets are final and are only valid on the day specified. *If you buy balloon ride tickets, these can be used at other events or next year if your activity is cancelled on the day in question. *No outside food or drinks are permitted. *Please bring chairs or blankets! *Finally, balloon events can be a waiting game as we can't predict the weather in advance! Please bring patience and a positive attitude and if there are weather delays, enjoy the atmosphere with friends or family - or make new friends!! Thanks in advance for you understanding!
