Maintenance Technician for Woodland Heights
150 Unit Apartment Community looking for a maintenance technician to assist in daily maintenance of apartments and common areas.
Job Descriptions:
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies/procedures, Fair Housing, American with Disabilities Act, state & federal laws, OSHA, and all other laws pertaining to housing.
• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Work on call through a rotation with other maintenance staff
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed by Property Manager
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend/stoop/crouch for 1-2 hours at a time, walk up stairs
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Basic knowledge of Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical is strongly preferred.
**Applicants should have their own tools and transportation

80 hrs. PTO after 90-day review

Full Time, $15-$20/hr, based on experience
Call Out Bonus, Pay & a half for Emergency Call Outs on Holidays
