So the last few weekends Monterey has seen some pro-police/back the blue rallies on Del Monte by window of the bay. Personally I say screw that. I’m all about community before cops. I’ve been counter protesting solo with my “F*ck the police” signs and was looking for someone else to join me. It’s your constitutional protected right to stand up against injustice and say F*ck the police. Mostly I’m looking for someone to join me to counter protest the back the blue rallies, the Republican headquarters, and any other right wing bullsh*t people try and rally for. I know it can be kind of a high anxiety activity but the positive responses from people driving by makes it worthwhile. Yea we get some middle fingers and “f*ck you’d” but I just wave back politely and keep holding my sign. If you are about making a statement or just feel like being an ass for humor sake (I’m cool with that too) then hit me up and let’s say fuc* the cops together!
