It’s easy to see why people are so excited when they find a great deal. In a survey conducted, respondents did not report regrets about how quickly or what they paid for their purchase. The pandemic changed what many people want for their homes and neighborhoods, creating a greater sense of urgency to find the right home that meets those needs.
