Description
Do you work for a large HVAC company and looking to earn some money on the side? Or are you a HVAC tech who has a business with lower overhead and can offer better pricing?
The average pay for an HVAC tech is around 41k a year. At 1,600 productive hours a year that is about $25/hr. I am paying 1.5 times that @ $38 an hour for a reliable HVAC tech that is looking for work on the side.
Freon costs about $9 per pound online. I am paying over double that @ $20 per pound.
I'm a property manager who manages 90 hours and has regular repair and install work looking for a steady and affordable HVAC tech to handle most of my repairs and installs.
