FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable a crew averaging 3-6 employees
• Organize and plan machinery, manpower, materials 1 week ahead
• Order materials
• Read plans
• Read survey stakes
• Order equipment maintenance
• Construct retaining walls
• Drive heavy equipment
• Drive a pickup and pull a trailer
• Coordinate with Client, Suppliers, other trades, and geotech tester to get the work done
Compensation and benefits:
• $80,000 to $100,000 base salary
• Health, Dental, Vision benefits
• 1 Week PTO, more with tenure

Our requirements:
• Driver’s license
• Be able to lead a crew of 3-6 employees
• Shoot grade with a flat laser
• Read plans
• Follow a process to build a retaining wall
• Run heavy equipment: Front end loader, skid steer, track hoe, compaction equipment
• Must speak, read and write basic English
Preferred but not required:
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Retaining wall, earthwork, concrete or civil construction experience
• DOT experience
