Looking to fill a part-time customer service position for my company. My company hosts online summits bi-annually. During this time, the company receives hundreds of customer inquiries via email, chat and phone. This spike in customer inquiries requires extra customer-support personnel.Customer support for my company is handled using different online systems - a help-desk ticketing system is where the majority of customer support is handled. However, other systems may need to be referenced to handle customer inquiries.Looking for the ideal candidate who can fill this position part-time with the following experience:- good conversational skills.- patience and respect when helping customers through sometimes tough questions.- experience, and comfort with working with different software platforms.- experience and comfort with handling communications in multiple formats, including email, chat and phone calls.- reliability and trustworthiness
