Ramsey County was one of four jurisdictions selected from over 180. Also recognized in the category were the city and county of San Francisco, California; Pierce County, Washington and the state of Connecticut. These jurisdictions were recognized for their significant commitment to public service and their work toward greater efficiency and effectiveness in public services.
