Landlord/owner seeks weekly maintenance of yard and indoor common areas for four-unit building in Cortland. Maximum two hours per week, except for snow removal. Flexible schedule (except snow removal) Yard duties: mow grass (small lot), whack weeds, discard litter and dog poop, trim shrubs Indoor duties: recharge outdoor security cameras, sweep hallways and stairs, mop hallway and stairs, steam mop hallway and stairs Winter outdoor duties: salt steps, shovel steps, use snowblower and shovel to remove snow from sidewalks, plus remove snow from driveway for snowfall up to 6 inches. Equipment and consumables (gasoline, trash bags, etc.) are provided. No tenant relations required or expected.
