LEAD REMODELER: A Lead Remodeler is familiar with every aspect of a construction project start-to-finish, and has had verifiable supervisory experience. Lead Remodelers with Treeline are expected to be overseers of their entire project - including, but not limited to, creating the material takeoff list, managing their crew members, performing a good deal of the actual construction/remodel work, and being fully responsible for the final quality control. If available, please provide us with your building portfolio. If outside of Alaska, air travel will be taken care of for the right candidate. Our Lead Remodeler Position is a full-time, permanent (year-round) position.
DECK BUILDER / EXPERIENCED CARPENTER: A lead carpenter has independent carpentry experience in quality rough and finish carpentry, and has had verifiable supervisory experience. Experienced carpenters with Treeline are expected to be overseers of their entire project - including, but not limited to, creating the material takeoff list, managing their laborers and other crew members, performing the actual construction of the project, and being fully responsible for the final quality control. Our experienced carpenter position is a full-time, permanent (year-round) position.
CARPENTER APPRENTICE: Acting as an assistant to an Experienced Carpenter, the Apprentice is an individual who is not yet ready to be the lead on a construction job site. An Apprentice has worked on carpentry job sites, and often has worked on multiple decks. While an Apprentice may not be able to read an entire set of building plans or create a materials take-off list, they are able to be assigned duties and accomplish them with excellence. A qualified Carpenter Apprentice enjoys working outdoors and with their hands, and is excellent with customers and in a team environment. This position is permanent (year-round) and full-time.
