Grey is pending pickup. I have a blue and gold macaw, between 3-4 years old and a 12 year old Congo African grey that we’re looking for new homes for. Our lives have gotten really busy and we believe that neither of them are happy here anymore and we know they need more attention. They both prefer men, the macaw does not like loud children. Macaw is semi hand tame, she will step up and enjoys head scratches but she plucked herself very badly in a previous home so she doesn’t like her wings or legs touched and has a fear of being held up high since she can’t fly to protect herself if she’d fall. She is sweet and does talk some. The African grey is hand tame with men. She lets me pet her and enjoys being out with the family. She also talks and makes mimicking sounds to things around her.
