We use only very experienced people who are unsupervised, self-starters and are able to walk in and take stock of the situation and handle it in a professional, personable and expedient manner. Seeking Men and Women Bartenders and Servers. Bartenders must have their own bartending kit with their tools and a reliable vehicle. Pay is on an hourly rate with a five hour minimum And tips.
