Ryan Company has been serving since 1978 and specialize in the renovation of commercial and industrial buildings throughout the Midwest. We have 20-25 year-round, trade employees, including carpenters, masons and specialty workers. Tasks: Clean job site Put away tools where they belong Timely cleaning of concrete mixers, tools & equipment Barricades, cones, caution tape for safe jobsite Cleaning scissor lifts, checking battery water and charging every night Greasing and fueling equipment Keeping mixed gas and fuel cans full Oil, stage and cut formwork rebar Help drivers load and unload Keep company tools in a central locations and accounted for Tag faulty/unsafe/broken equipment for repair Applicant Expectations: Able to arrive early mornings and on-time Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation Hard working Able to prioritize Self-initiate tasks without supervision Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Lift 80 lbs.
