Are you a skilled handy man looking for a new opportunity? This posting is for you! Our very well-known client is seeking out a General Maintenance person to assist with daily maintenance around the property. Key duties include: -Perform electrical repairs throughout property. -Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. -Complete general building maintenance. -Install and replace floors, walls, and piping as needed. -Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. -Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. -Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. This is a family business and some additional duties of the job include going to the owner's house to complete other tasks such as: -Bringing wood in -Breaking down boxes -Landscape maintenance -Etc... Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Occasional weekend hours
