PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER TONY FROM THE PROFITEER THAT DISHONESTLY ADOPTED HIM. If you adopted Tony, please contact me for more information. Our kind and loving elderly german shepherd named Tony (AKA Macaroni Tony) is seeking a home to enjoy his golden years in. He is the sweetest boy, loves all people and animals and is simply a pleasure to be around. Tony loves head pats, butt scratches, apples and carrots. He likes hiking and swimming and has been an excellent partner on mushroom foraging adventures. He's a fair challenger in a game of tug-o-war and loves to play a bit of fetch. But mostly, he just wants head pats and to look you in the eyes with a big doofy smile. Tony NEEDS to be in a country or farm homestead where he can roam and be **outside**. Being an older gentleman, extended indoor stays have become too challenging for him. PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER TONY FROM THE PROFITEER THAT DISHONESTLY ADOPTED HIM. He is MALE, AKC registered, 9 years old and intact. You will need to update his shots and be ready to do a general vet visit with him if you adopt Tony. He comes with a collar, leash, 5 lb of food (Canidae Chicken Large Breed), a bowl, a harness, a muzzle, and any toys he may have left (he prefers plain old brush twigs). He knows basic commands and a few special ones such as sit pretty, back up, find the kitty and can potty on command. Hes never harmed another being a day in his life, even though hes extra tall for a german shepherd. Tony is a bit underweight, seven though we feed him the best quality food we can. He had a sensitive stomach and is prone to bouts of gastrointestinal distress. Hes had alot of success with Canidae brand dog food. Tony is great with other dogs but will try to hump a female, as he is INTACT. Please keep this in mind for your family dynamic. His friends at home are two small cats and another German shepherd. We hope you have a place for Tony in your home. We are moving soon and we want to be sure he is set with his new family before we leave. Email responses only. Rehoming fee applies.
