***SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY*** We are an established band looking for an experienced drummer to round out our sound. We have bass, lead, and rhythm guitar. Our style ranges from funk, rock, bluesy, psychedelic, jazzy, and whatever else we happen to come up with. We enjoy the songs we have created and you will too! We are very laid back, drama free, easy going guys age ranging from 27 - 46. We aren’t looking for a hard hitter or a Neal Peart when it comes to style. Those are great things to have but not what our sound requires. We need someone who has a nice groove, knows when to fill and accent at the right times, keeps the tempo and is experimental in atmospheric sounds and grooves. We have a rehearsal studio that we split monthly rent on. We’d like the rent to be split equally between all band members. You will have 24 hour access to the space to store your drums and practice. We practice as a full band on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm, and sometimes on Monday evenings. Background vocals are a plus but not required. If you play other instruments as well, great! We sometimes will switch up instruments on particular songs. Definitely not a requirement. We are a well oiled machine and waiting for venues to open up. In the meantime, we play open jams and privately hosted events. I have a soundcloud page of recordings I have made by myself but it doesn’t necessarily represent our style. We do incorporate my songs, but they are vastly different from the recordings. If you would like a link, just let me know. As much as we like random jams, we are looking for someone who is serious and committed to the band.
