Summary: Operates turning, milling, and manual chamfering equipment as assigned. Entry level machine operators and production assembly. This position is for 3rd shift and 12 hours shifts, 6pm-6am, 3 days on and 3 days off one week- then 4 days on and 3 days off- every other weekend off. Job Responsibilities:  - Understands that performing job tasks in a safe manner is the highest priority. - Comply with Lockout/tagout procedures  - Read and understand department JSA's - Cleans work piece before and after machining - Visually inspects work piece before and after machining for defects  - Gauges work piece for customer specifications before and after machining as needed, with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices Job Requirements: - Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job - Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English - Must read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific position - Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position - Background in the operation of manufacturing, production, machine operators, and machine tools/equipment - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. up to 8 hours in a 12 hour shift  - Good math skills To apply, please call Mae at (480) 869-4082.
