Buscamos un asistente de limpieza a tiempo parcial para ayudar con algunas tareas. Esta posición tiene una apertura inmediata y consiste de un turno de martes a sábado. Responsabilidades: • Limpieza de pisos: Barrer, tapiar durante el día. • Limpieza de baños: inodoros, lavabos, pisos, recarga de jabones y artículos de tocador, puertas, manijas de puertas, espejos, sellos de puertas y rodapiés. • Limpieza y aspirar en varias oficinas • Desempolvar todas las superficies: escritorios, mesas y escritorios de oficina. • Limpieza de vidrios y ventanas, hasta 10 pies de Alto • Asegurarse de que el exterior del edificio esté limpio y presentable, recoger toda la basura suelta y barrer debajo de los grandes contenedores de basura. This position has an immediate opening and will be a Tuesday through Saturday shift. Responsibilities: • Cleaning floors: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes floor during the day. • Cleaning restrooms: Toilets, sinks, floors, refilling soaps and toiletries, doors, door handles, mirrors, door seals and baseboards. • Cleaning and vacuuming various offices • Dusting all surfaces: desks tables, and office desks • Cleaning glass and windows, up to 10ft • Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies stocked • Making sure the exterior of the building is clean and presentable, picking up all loose trash, sweeping under the large trash bins. • Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trims • Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, break rooms, stairways, and other work areas • Dust HVAC Vents • Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture • Dusts shelves, cabinets, and other hard surfaces • Polishes all metalwork • Washes walls (spot cleans walls) • Washes windows, door panels, and sills • Empties and washes wastebaskets, and empties and washes ashtrays • Washes trash cans daily • Transports trash and waste to disposal area • Replenishes bathroom supplies • Transports small equipment or tools to the supplyroom. • Sets up tables and chairs in the meeting room once a month. • Cleans and maintains the machine shop clean throughout the day.. • Cleans sewing shop: machines, pedals, tables, breakrooms • Cleans Retail store cabinets, glass encounters, sweeps, mops, vacuums rugs, cleaning spider webs, and restrooms. • Sanitize entire building during the day (min 5 times) • Ensures all safety and protocols are followed in the use of chemicals and solutions. • Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience is a plus • Ability to take direction • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Positive and professional demeanor.
