Local construction company seeking construction laborers ready and willing to start work as soon as possible. Job responsibilities include : - Prompt arrival to the job site and ready to work by 8am. - Preference if you can provide your own tools, although the foremen carry extra tools if needed. - Demolition of existing structures, including proper disposal of waste. - Site work, including digging trenches, grading, and soil compaction. - Foundation forming and pouring, including form work assembly, rebar and anchor placement, and concrete finishing after pour. - Structural framing of one and two story structures. - Finish work, including hanging drywall with tape and texture, installing flooring of various kinds, painting, etc. No experience required, but desirable. Wages based on experience. With little to no experience, general laborers start at $16/hr with a high potential to move up in salary based on proven merit.
