NEED ASAP - Cable Puller/Technician-Low Voltage

We are a leading AV/Low Voltage Integrator in San Antonio, TX currently looking to immediately contract a few Cable Puller/Technicians (possibly long term employment to correct candidate). Pay is $15/hour. Responsibilities and Duties: • Label, pull, dress, and terminate a variety of cables (22/2, 16/2, 14/2, Cat5E) • Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or bridal rings) • Works on ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms • Terminate all types of cable including but not limited to coaxial, multi-pair, fiber optic, and category cable. • Measure, cut, bend, assemble and install cable tray using devices and hand tools. • Pulling, placement, terminating, testing, and labeling of cable installations. • Responsibly manage company resources on site and in the warehouse • Be able to work overtime occasionally and from time to time on out-of-town installations • Acts as a professional and uses basic work ethics • Comes to work on time every day with appropriate attire and tools • Keeps work area clean • Installs quality work in a neat and workmanship like manner • Works with a commitment to safety following all company policies and OSHA standards. • Demonstrates effective, proper use and care of hand tools. Qualifications and Skills: • Professionalism - polite, effective communication skills, neat appearance, punctuality, adherence to company policies and objectives • Punctuality is key, if you cannot be on time, every time, this might not be the job for you. • Climb a ladder and/or work on a scissor lift or single man-lift 20-30 ft above the ground. • Run cable in attics, ceilings etc as needed • Lift at least 50 pounds • Own reliable transportation.
