If you can power wash the exterior of a home prep it and paint it with a beautiful finish then you will make a great fit for us. Painting- must not be afraid of heights and know how to run a spray rig Calking Siding- vinyl, lap, and sheet Back splash- Trim- base, door casing, window stools, crown Light Electrical- exhaust fans, garbage disposals, lights, etc. Light plumbing- valves, toilets, faucets, etc. Doors Drywall tape and float and texture Decks Framing. Over all knowledge of a full home remodel and piece work jobs such as home repairs of any type, large and small. Does not need to specialize in any one but some experience in everything is good.
