Description: Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings for TG in New Albany, IN! Starting pay $14.75 /hour. $300 Retention bonus paid out at 90 Days! This is a true temp to permanent position, Paid Training, weekly pay checks, and Medical Benefits offered after first week! Job Responsibilities: Assemble interior components and molding assemblies for automobiles, including dash boards, consoles, air bag assemblies and door trims. Job functions include injection molding, assembly, painting, and forklift operation. Assembly associates work with and-or around moving mechanical parts. Noise level varies and the production environment is climate controlled. All positions require ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, move about for shift duration (8-12 hours).
