Well-rounded skills in all aspects of installing siding, doors, and windows. Additional construction skills a plus. Must be motivated, energetic, willing to work hard, and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to perform sometimes physically demanding tasks. Ability and desire to learn, take direction, and work as a team. Results focused and possess a positive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities: Support/Complete installation of James Hardie retrofit siding and related products. Demonstrated ability and willingness to improve skills. Applies siding to exterior wall panels. Cut and trim siding to fit around windows or corners. Installs flashing. Installs aluminum parts for door and window wraps. May install doors and windows to exterior wall panels. Fills joints with calking compound. Performs quality work in a consistent and fast-moving manner. Works in a safe manner and follows safety policies. Performs all duties as assigned and needed. Keeps work area clean and organized. Meets production goals and standards. Pay up to $35 hour. Must have construction background. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Must have valid drivers license.
