Handyperson needed for odd jobs

We need to hire a handyperson to do the following small projects: 1. Install 2 floor mounted door stops into an existing tile floor. 2. Install 4 cabinet door limiters on existing cabinet doors. 3. Mount wire netting on existing gate (with zip ties? or other idea?) to keep small dog in. There are photos of the door stops, cabinet door limiters, gate and wire netting included with the ad.
