Join the Catch-22 Dragon Boat team for an introduction to the sport of Dragon Boat paddling on June 5, 9am-11am. Learn about all the benefits paddling provides to breast cancer survivors. Physical and emotional! No experience necessary, all equipment will be provided. No level of fitness is required to start, you are at a perfect place to give it a try! Enjoy a great presentation by Dr. Solti, who will be covering the topic of lymphedema and the benefits of exercise (including dragon boat racing!) in breast cancer prevention. Come see why Dragon Boat Paddling is the fastest-growing sport for survivors. Meet the breast cancer survivors who paddle with Catch-22.
