We are looking for a well rounded Carpenter/ technician with experience in kitchens, baths, sheetrock, flooring, trim, etc. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (All Round Construction). The candidate MUST have a work van or pick-up truck and the proper tools to perform these trades. A typical workday would be to report to our warehouse or supply house to pick up materials to perform the work for the day. Communicate with the Project Managers and report any issues that may arise daily. Adhere to the project scope, limit job site issues and client call backs! Minimum of 7 years experience with residential construction projects. This IS NOT an entry level position. Must to able to think outside the box and independently problem solve.
