Job Description Class A CDL Driver - Haynes Trucking, Inc. (Boylston, MA) A FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider. Pay is based on experience, up to $55.00 per day plus $0.55 per mile plus spot rates. Full time/ Part Time/ Flexible Shifts Haynes Trucking Inc is a small business, based in Worcester MA. that has been providing delivery services to FedEx Ground since 2002. We are growing into the Line-Haul segment of the branch. We are currently the longest standing P&D Service Provider at the local terminal, which is located at their new location in Boylston, MA. FedEx Ground is growing at an astronomical rate year over year, mainly due to the rapid growth of E-Commerce, (online ordering). With this growth, comes a tremendous amount of new opportunities. Our mission is to hire safe and experienced Class A Drivers. These Drivers will be responsible to service local spots and regional runs. Most runs are Drop and Hook/no touch freight. Must have or be willing to get a doubles endorsement. The perfect candidates are those that are dependable, honest and willing to work hard to help with the growth of the Company!! Currently we have flexible positions available for Unassigned PM runs through-out New England. Local trailer spots and weekend runs are also available. Day runs may become available. Dispatch is from the terminal located in Boylston, MA. WE OFFER: · Competitive Mileage Pay · $250 per month Safety bonus · PTO · $1,500 Sign on Bonus (paid in 6 months) DRIVING EXPERIENCE: 1 year verifiable experience within the last 3 yrs or 6 months accredited schooling with 6 months verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years or 5 years driving experience within the last 10 years.
