PN# L19190302, Bid #B21191121020 Project consists of 2.39 acres of grading, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, one softball field, one ADA parking space, and new backstop. Jobsite location: 3525 Norwood Ave, Sacramento, CA 95838 Project duration: - 45 working days Bid Date & Time: June 18th , 2021 @ 2PM This is a Public Works project. This contract is subject to State and Federal labor standards, California Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1815, compliance monitoring and enforcement by SHRA and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise standards.
