Trim Carpenter Kabredlo's Property Management Company is seeking a self motivated/attention to detail Trim Carpenter in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position. Successful candidates will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community, aimed at maintaining the Company's continued success. Duties include but are not limited to: Jamming/Casing Windows Light drywall/painting Trim Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. Knowledge of working safely with power tools Must have experience in Trim Carpentry and Household remodels Benefits: • Health & Dental Insurance • 2 weeks paid vacation • Company paid life insurance • Company paid short & long term disability insurance • ASK ABOUT OUR DAYCARE BENEFITS!!!
