We cannot keep our young 5-7 months old parakeet as he (we think it is a he) is too aggressive to his cage mate. We got him because we thought our older bird needed company. It turns out she was fine by herself. She is a much smaller bird, not aggressive at all and we are attached to her. Puffy is a good bird and very vocal and active and sure to make friends in a cage with birds that are more his size and temperament and perhaps age. We paid 25 dollars for him, so 15 is a discount. You will need a cage as this offer is for the bird only. We are located near downtown Lincoln by Lincoln High School. We have a small cardboard cage that you can have to transport Puffy home in. He is the bird in the pics that is closest to the camera.
