For the past 25 years we have served millions of guests from all over the world, delivering great rides and fun-engaging tours. We are located at Chicago's top attractions: Millennium Park and Navy Pier. We are seeking well-spoken, outgoing and engaging individuals to lead our bike and Segway tours throughout the 2021 season (June through September). If this describes you, then spend the season with us, riding through Lincoln Park, Grant Park, Old Town and more, entertaining our guests that come from all over to get the real Chicago experience! The essential duties and responsibilities of the Tour Guide include: • Guiding private and public groups on sightseeing tours of Chicago, monitoring guest activity to ensure compliance with tour regulations and safety practices • Setting up necessary equipment in preparation for daily tours, including bikes, helmets and Segways • Greeting and registering guests prior to tour departure, and selling available tour spots to potential guests Requirements: • General knowledge of Chicago and it's history • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred • Ability to work outdoors, on your feet, for extended periods of time • Availability to work varied shifts, including: mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays • Multilingual skills a plus For more information visit bikechicago.com
