Community Chorus seeking a Music Director for Fall 2021-June 2022

A Columbus area community chorus is looking to fill the position of Music Director from September 2021 thru June 2022. The Chorus is a mixed voice community chorus open to all levels of music ability who strive to bring joy to the community through the performance of all types of choral music. The Chorus is run by an all-volunteer elected Board of Directors. The Music Director reports to the Board. The Fall season will begins after Labor Day with rehearsals on Sunday evenings. The Fall concerts will be Saturday, December 4, 2021. The Spring season begins rehearsals in January with concerts in May 2022 (dates TBD). There will be technical rehearsal(s) the week of the concerts The Musical Director is responsible for Chorus rehearsals and directing all performances which may include supplemental musicians.
