looking for an HVAC guy to come out and take a look at a house I have in Rockwall that probably needs a coil replaced in the attic. I'm a house flipper and am looking for somebody who I can use on all my projects. That means I am not interested in retail pricing. I am interested in working with somebody who can give me access to contractor pricing on the equipment and significantly discounted pricing on labor. What I can offer in return is to work with you on all my projects so you will be my "go-to" HVAC guy. I do houses all over the DFW area.
