Concrete pad pour and kiosk install

I'm looking for a local contractor to pour a small concrete pad and perform simple installation of advertising kiosks in the city of Northampton. There would be one 3'x4'x4" deep concrete pad pour and installation of two steel structures. One would be installed on existing sidewalk. A video to the installation process for the structures can be found here;. Installation should only take 30 minutes per location. This work is being done with permission from the city of Northampton. I will be responsible for pulling all needed permits for the locations. I am looking for an insured contractor for this work.
