Need Experienced Cleaning Crew(2 persons) in (Boulder) ***PLEASE READ*** Residential homes/condos/apartments needing cleaning. We need a crew to take over starting mid June. Locations: BOULDER, CO Job pay:$25/hr Hours: 2 - 6 hours depending on size Payment: Direct deposit every 2 weeks (5th & 20th of each month) DESCRIPTION: Scheduled Cleaning: GENERAL STANDARD DEEP CLEANING FOR VACANT HOMES FLOORS/CARPETS: 1. Clean and mop all wood, tile and vinyl floors. 2. Vacuum all carpets including the edges around walls and stairways to be free of pet hair. WALLS/CEILINGS/DOORS/CLOSETS: 1. Clean all cobwebs, marks, food, stickers etc. 2. Wipe down doors, door knobs, door frames, and baseboards VENTILATION, AIR VENTS AND GRILLES: Vent hoods: 1. Clean and degrease exterior vent hood 2. Replace when dry LIGHT FIXTURES/CEILING FANS: 1. Clean all globes and lens to be free of dirt/dust and bugs. 2. Clean all fan blades to be free of dirt/dust. RESTROOMS: 1. Clean & sanitize full restroom including toilets, sinks, doors, and bathtubs/shower 2. Wipe clean walls to remove stains and dust as necessary 3. Clean up floor residue 4. Clean, disinfect and sanitize toilet seats, sinks and tubs 5. Disinfect door handles and light switches. 6. Clean all mirrors, and fixtures. 7. Sweep and mop floor with disinfectant. KITCHEN AREA 1. Clean cob webs from corners. 2. Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers. 3. Disinfect and clean counter tops and back splashes. 4. Clean sinks, strainers and faucets. 5. Clean and remove grime from all cabinet faces. APPLIANCES: Refrigerator/Freezer: 1. Wipe down all interior shelves, doors and clean door seals. 2. Clean outside to remove dirt, stains and finger prints. 3. Clean exterior and shine 4. Clean behind appliances 5. Clean inside refrigerator Stoves/Microwaves/Oven: 1. Remove any burned on residue from stove top and oven. 2. Remove any burned on residue from oven rack, doors, burners and drip pans. 3. Clean under the stove top and the broiler compartment. 4. Clean and remove all food particles and grease from turntable and interior of microwave. 5. Clean exterior and shine 6. Clean inside oven/microwave Dishwasher: 1. Clean the front panel and button/knob controls. 2. Remove any food particles from inside. 3. Clean exterior and shine 4. Clean interior dishwasher door WINDOWS (Interior) 1. Clean window tracks and sills of bugs, dirt and debris 2. Clean glass on all interior windows 3. Blinds should be free from food, dust and dirt.
