We need to find great additions to our amazing staff that are looking to grow with us and continue to develop our culture. We are a family-owned company and want to keep a family-friendly culture. We are seeking hard working, trustworthy, reliable and experienced laborers and crew leaders for our drainage crews and landscaping division. Our company installs drain systems including catch basins, corrugated drain-tile & PVC french drains, grading, exterior sump pumps, core drilling, and other exterior items including landscaping, and property maintenance. Individuals that have experience with gutters, siding, fascia, drainage, landscaping, ladders, and hand tools. We are also looking for laborers that have some leadership experience and able to handle multiple types of jobs. You must be able to overcome problems in the field. Any existing knowledge of proper installation of systems and techniques will really help you move to the highest paying positions. Also, any knowledge of trenching equipment, hand tools, and types of drain tile systems will help. We have done a lot of things to extend our season including taking on holiday lights, snow removal and other items. Our top crew members made close to 60k last year and will make more this year. Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, general labor and construction. We offer $17-$18 an hour based on experience. For those with experience you will move up quickly on our pay scale. Requirements: • 18+ years of age • Ability to work long hours outdoors. • Legally allowed to work in Illinois. • Valid driver's license preferred. Compensation: $17-$18 an hour based on experience.
