Firm seeks attorney with 7 - 10 years' experience guiding and counseling sophisticated clients who require representation completing mergers and acquisitions, financings, business lifecycle planning, purchase and sale agreements, deposition of real estate assets and closing documents. Successful candidate will have excellent negotiating skills, enjoy working remotely with clients and have broad knowledge of corporate and real estate transactions. Applicants should have strong work ethic and favor a collaborative, team approach to the practice. Firm has all the latest cloud-based technology that drives today's smart law practices. Washington Bar license a must. Compensation based on experience, bonus plan based on performance.
