Sledge hammer, break up sidewalk

We have an old sidewalk around a patio that is falling apart. Located in a backyard, we want it removed, need to break up the cement and haul it to the front of the house. at that point one can haul it away. there after we will add top soil rake and grade it and either seed or sod the location where the concrete was. This is a 1 or 2 man job can be done in a Day with a Sledge and wheel barrow. The concrete is falling apart now. Can do it all or just move the concrete. Photos of the concrete attached.
